Recommended Paths

Punta Licosa

The path among the Licosa promontory starts from the harbour of San Marco di Castellabate, and runs along the coastline, merged in the Mediterranean Scrubs of Aleppo Pines, offering some fantastic glimpses. The route is suitable for everyone, ideal with a Hybrid or a Mountain Bike. From the port of San Marco, on the left behind the Thalasso SPA, follow the path to the port of Licosa. Ideal place for a break in the shade of pine trees, in a natural cove relaxing and swimming.

Baia Ogliastro Marina

A fantastic stretch of Cilento coast between Punta Licosa and Ogliastro Marina. The road runs along the sea, with shady stretches in a thick pine wood, crossing enchanting places like Punta della Scala and Torre di Mezzo. Spectacular are the panoramic views from the square, overlooking the Bay of Ogliastro Marina up to see Acciaroli and Capo Palinuro, following the dirt path that runs along the village, taking a break, enjoying the shade and the fresh air under the pinewoods.

Punta Tresino

The path of Monte Tresino and San Giovanni is a bit more challenging but it’s spectacular! We recommend a Hybrid or a Mountain Bike stopping to visit the ancient village of San Giovanni, which was built in Tresino, in the Middle Ages, and later abandoned around the eighteenth century. The Village is centered around the ancient Church of San Giovanni Battista, the barns and the ancient dwellings which reproduce the atmosphere of an ancient abandoned village.
