NOTE ABOUT THE TUTELAGE OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION In accordance with the article 13 of the Law Degree N.196/2003 PERSONAL INFORMATION The article 13 of the Law Degree N.196/2003 regulates the treatment of the personal information. Personal information means every sort of information about a physic or juridical person, board or institution that gives the unique (direct or indirect) identification of the interested subject. The personal information includes : the collection, record, organization and the preserve; processing, selection, extraction and comparison; communication and spreading; change, block, erasing and destruction. The following Law needs, for the treatment of the personal information, of the interested subject consent. The Law requests of a guarantor, for the tutelage of the subjects personal information's treatment. Then the subject could have all the information about the Law and specially about his rights; these information have been, for this purpose, resumed in the following information note. Written consent of the subject and the authorization of the guarantor. WAY OF THE PERSONAL INFORMATION TREATMENT The treatment of the personal information is done by manual, informatics in order to guarantee the protection and the privacy of the personal information. Some of the treatments could be done, by societies - which are at the same time responsible of the following treatments - who give all the necessary services for the enforce of the contractual obligations. SUBJECT'S RIGHTS The article 13 of the Law gives to the subject specific rights. The subject could obtain by the titular the confirm about the presence or not of his personal information, and that the following could be at his disposal, in an understandable way. The subject could also request to be informed about the origin of the information, about the purpose of the treatment; he could request to obtain the erasing, the change and the block of the treatments, even the revision, the correction, and in case of subject's interest, the supplement of the personal information, or to set oneself against the treatments.
