2° TOUR "IL GIRO DEI CASTELLI" 86 KM

Path interesting and challenging enough to be taken with the spirit of
enjoying the view.
It is different villages with their medieval castles between Mount Vesole
and gorges of the river Heat.
It rises to Capaccio then Trentinara country with a climb of 13 km at 5%,
then a long stretch on a flat level of 600 meters. Slm Which brings us to
cross-Monteforte C.to Capizzo - Magliano. Small pause and then suffered a

3° TOUR "IL GIRO DEL MONTE STELLA " 80 KM
|
The main feature of the path are continuing salts and down (cd eat and
drink) that separate the various countries around the mountain Stella. The
tour is at a height of 500 meters. Asl. There are several possibilities
path we suggest the direction in Castellabate - Perdifumo-Market C.to-Pass
Carpinina; from here down to San Mauro C.to where you can admire the
natural beauty of the mountain and the sea below. Once in San Mauro C.to
continue Galdo-Saint-John C. Sessa Omignano-To-San Mango - and new market
C.to; finally diving towards Agropoli or continuing to Prignano C.to
Ogliastro - - Paestum.

4° TOUR "MARE E MONTI " 170 KM
Somewhat long for those who have no legs at least 3,000 km, but if you are
traveling from Casalvelino Scalo with 80 km one adventure in a wonderful
journey between mountains and sea with moments of pause between thick chestnut,
fresh mountain springs and rocky inlets of the sea.
From Paestum are 170 km. Reaching area Casalvelino Scalo continue Ceraso,
Crossroad S. Biase Cuccaro - - - Foria Futani Crossroad S. Severino of Centola
along the river Mingardo to Palinuro; here begins with the coast-Ascea
Pisciotta; finally returns to Paestum by the turn backwards.
