What is not included:

The rates do not include fuel, fines, damage to the underside of the vehicle, the interiors , windscreens, soft top/ hard top or for any damage incurred whilst the driver was not observing the highway code.

Minimum age:

For rental of our vehicle, clients must be between 26 and 70 years of age.

Driving License:

For rental of groups A/B/C/K and vans the client must have held their driving license for at least 1 year.

Payment:

For the rental of any of our vehicles, the client must be in possession of a valid credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).

Deposit:

At the time of rental, the client is required to leave a deposit to cover the cost of the rental, fuel and CDW deductibles. The deposit will be returned to the client providing the vehicle has not been stolen and is returned with a full tank of fuel and has not been damaged. To this end, the client must present a credit card (Visa/ Mastercard ) in their name. Deposits may not be paid by bancomat or debit card.

C.D.W. deductibles for standard vehicles:

In the case of damage, theft or fire to the vehicle, a fixed deductible, of:

• € 350,00 Inclusive VAT for Chevrolet Matiz
• € 450,00 Inclusive VAT for Opel Corsa/Fiat Grande Punto/Nissan Serena
• € 650,00 Inclusive VAT for Lancia Phedra/Fiat Ulysse
• € 750,00 Inclusive VAT for Ford Transit

remains the responsibility of the client. The deductible amounts must be left as deposit at the begining of the rental, either in cash or by credit card authorization.

Fuel and Refuelling Charge:

All of our cars and vans ,are delivered with a full tank of fuel (petrol or diesel). In the case that the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of fuel, a charge of € 10,85 + VAT (20%) will be applied in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.

Late returns:

For vehicle drop-offs, a maximum tolerance of 59 min.for late return.After 59 min. the Client has to pay another extra day at standard one day price
